Steven M. Siwek, M.D., was appointed President of Alliance Interventional in April 2015. He initially joined Alliance through the February 2015 acquisition of The Pain Center (TPC) of Arizona—Arizona’s center of excellence for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain disorders with 12 locations statewide. As founder and CEO of The Pain Center of Arizona, Dr. Siwek has focused the last 15 years of his medical career on building programs that set national standards for quality coordinated care in pain management. His multi-disciplinary and integrative approach to preventing, treating, and eliminating chronic pain is advancing the way in which interventional and pain management services are accessed and delivered nationwide. Dr. Siwek received his M.D. from the New York Medical College and completed his residency training at the Mayo Clinics in Rochester, Minneapolis, and Scottsdale, Arizona, and fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition, he holds an M.B.A. from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
